SAT

The SAT is an additional test used for college admission purposes.  In most cases, it is not necessary to have both an ACT and SAT score....one should suffice.

In the past, very few students opted to take the SAT.   This year, however, Juniors will be given a free "State Administered SAT" in the spring (April 9, 2019)  Registration for this free-state test will be taken care of at CM during the school day.

The State Administered SAT is required for graduation.  Students can not receive a CMHS diploma without taking this exam.

Students wishing to take an additional SAT can sign up on their own at the link below.

If you receive free/reduced lunch, please see your counselor for a fee waiver!

We have linked some SAT online prep to our website as well as a link for registering to take the SAT.

As always, if you have any questions about college admissions testing, please ask your school counselor!
